PERAK CHEST SOCIETY

The Perak Chest Society or "Persatuan Kesihatan Dada Perak" is a non-profit organisation run by members and volunteers.  It is a registered Society in Malaysia (registration number: 1356-06-PRK).

Our Mission:

1. To provide leadership role in public chest health education.

2. To house and be a rich source of chest health education material. 

3. To provide an avenue for meeting, interaction and sharing amongst chest disease sufferers.

4.  To introduce chest rehabilitation programmes. 

5. To harness the enthusiasm and commitment of extended family members in the prevention and treatment of chest diseases.   

6. To provide counseling and a supportive role in end of life issues.

The Secretariat of the Society is presently located within BREATH LINKS, a privately sponsored Chest Resource Centre at No. 178 - 180 A Jalan Pasir Puteh, 31650 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. 

The Society requires voluntary contributions from friends, businesses and the general public to make a difference in preventing lung diseases and improving lung health in Perak.
